Your work environment at EXPWe are currently seeking a C.E.T with experience in land development and municipal infrastructure projects that include site grading, site servicing, stormwater management design and construction review.
What a day at EXP has in store for you- Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
- Coordinate project drawings with project managers, CAD staff and others
- Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Work under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division
- Will have to alternate between two sites
- Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a mandatory requirement, along with strong computer software skills in Word, Excel & MS Project
- Familiarity with various Municipal & Regional design and drafting standards
- Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
- Independent, Organized and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment
- Reliable way to get to multiple site locations in remote areas
