The Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time will join our team at Store 4104‑Northgate Mall, Maurices North Bay, ON P1B 2H3. This role involves supervising 8–20 store associates and gaining management experience through training and feedback.

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong selling abilities and strong customer relationship building.
• Proven ability to motivate others and work as a team to meet and exceed goals.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
