An ideal Armorous Officer:

• Holds a valid BSIS Guard Card
• Can provide 40 hours of BSIS training certifications
• Maintains a professional and commanding presence
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude

All candidates must have completed the California BSIS-required 40 hours of security officer training (the 8-hour initial course and 32-hour continuing education). Proof of certificates is required before onboarding.
