Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Account Manager responsible for delivering unmatched venue sourcing support to clients in Northern England. The Global Account Manager will manage the full spectrum of client engagements, including identifying client needs, researching and selecting venues, negotiating pricing and terms, and building long‑term client relationships. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with industry partners, maintaining detailed project documentation, and keeping up-to-date with market trends to provide the most relevant insights to clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in venue sourcing, meeting planning, and event management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship‑building skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Strong research, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality and event industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies (e.g., CRM tools, venue sourcing platforms)
  • Previous experience in managing international or cross‑regional accounts is a plus
