Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN) to join a well-established 30-bed nursing home in Filey.
The service provides care for general medical conditions, respite, day care, and dementia and is CQC rated Good across all areas. The home is recognised as a specialist provider in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, offering a supportive, well-managed, and person-centred environment.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate nursing care
* Medication administration and clinical documentation
* Develop and review care plans and risk assessments
* Work collaboratively with MDTs and families
* Support and guide care staff on shift
The Ideal Candidate
* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
* Passionate about dementia and elderly care
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Team-oriented with a professional approach
