Salary of the Yard Supervisor / Yard Hand / Yard Operations Supervisor / Yard Foreman / Yard Manager: £14.00ph - £15.00ph (Negotiable for higher for right person) - £33,000 - £37,000 pa

Hours of work for the Yard Supervisor / Yard Hand / Yard Operations Supervisor / Yard Foreman / Yard Manager:
Monday to Friday 07:00am - 17:30pm

My Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Yard Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their yard. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team and ensure safety compliance.
In this role you will be working as part of a team carrying out general yard duties.

Job role and requirements for the Yard Supervisor / Yard Hand / Yard Operations Supervisor / Yard Foreman / Yard Manager:

 * ·Getting plant ready for loading with correct accessories and recording information.

 * ·Must hold a valid UK Driving License

 * ·Willingness to help other departments out when needed

 * ·Happy to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

 * ·Able to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.

 * ·Refueling of plant after its returned from hire

 * ·Assisting with loading and unloading equipment from trucks and vans

 * ·Organize and maintain the yard area, ensuring it is a tidy and safe working environment

 * ·Operate forklifts and other machinery to move as needed - preferable

 * ·Assist customers with collecting equipment.

 * ·assisting with deliveries of parts

 * ·Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning tools and equipment

 * ·occasional delivery / collection of parts
