Client Onboarding Associate
- Wealth Management / Investments - 12 months FTC
Our client is one of the UKs top Asset Managers that are looking for a Client Onboarding analyst to join their Client Operations function. The role plays a key part in ensuring new and existing clients are set up accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and business standards.
What you'll do:- Process new client and portfolio setups, validate instructions, and maintain accurate client data
- Handle changes to existing client information, including bank details, addresses, fees, and online access
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party administrators to ensure smooth workflows
- Manage documentation and ensure all records are stored correctly
- Support query resolution and contribute to continuous process improvement
