The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
You will provide administrative support including but not limited to the preparation of meeting papers (agenda / minutes), provide supporting papers and take follow up actions or chase action owners including booking rooms/ venues
You will also complete project tasks such as the maintenance and management of project documentation, such as risks and issues and Project templates and standards
You will need to attend various meetings with senior stakeholders as required by the Manager.
You must have strong experience of administration within an office environment
You must also have a good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
