In this autonomous role you will be responsible for overall performance management across the fit-out projects from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will manage the onsite teams and ensure all regulations are in line with standards. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm. This role would suit a Site Manager from a construction background with strong commercial and fit-out experience-someone who thrives in a practical, hands-on site environment and is looking for a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to significantly boost their earnings through performance-based objectives.

The Role:

Deliver steel-frame new builds and commercial fit-out projects across multiple sites, working mainly on-site from the welfare office. Manage day-to-day construction activity, contractors, scheduling, budgeting and quality control. Oversee project progress from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm The person:
