Customer Operations Insurance Specialist

Join our Customer Operations Team as a full‑time Insurance Specialist, supporting Group Protection products including Group Life, Group Income Protection, and Group Critical Illness. You will provide excellent customer service, manage queries, renewals, and account work while building strong relationships with intermediaries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality customer support, handling daily queries, processing scheme renewals, and account tasks.
  • Work effectively within a close‑knit team while maintaining autonomy.
  • Own, build, and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries to retain and grow our portfolio.
  • Support business change initiatives and provide improvement suggestions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in administration.
  • Strong communication skills via email and telephone.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and organise workload.
  • Approachable team member, able to build rapport with others.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Work Details

35‑hour full‑time contract (minimum 28 hours for part‑time).

Working hours:

9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
