Call Center / Support, Customer Service Rep
We are looking for energetic, professional individuals to join our Contact Centre in Norwich as a CALL EEAST Advisor (Bank). This is not a 999 call handler position.
ResponsibilitiesThe Bank Call EEAST Advisor will answer operational calls at the Commercial Services Contact Centre. The call handler will provide accurate assistance over the telephone using the appropriate software and triaging tools, and if necessary, connect callers with other service providers. The role involves interaction with the public, healthcare professionals, emergency services and community organisations.
Work ScheduleThe call centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff must be available to work weekends and bank holidays, including Christmas Day and Easter, in accordance with the rostered duties. This is a zero‑hour contract; hours are driven by business needs and may vary from week to week.
