Full-Time Call Centre Agent - Immediate Start
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time
Location: Norwich - fully office based
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our client's team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls
- Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic manner
- Supporting the admin team with general office tasks
- Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable
