Product Designer

In a nutshell, we're all about making the world of wine a better place. We fund and source directly from independent winemakers to bring customers better quality wine for a better price. No thirsty middlemen as far as the eye can see.

It's a different way of doing things, sure. But it works. We're one of the UK's favourite wine clubs, shipping over 1 million (!) cases a year to curious wine lovers. With an ambitious road ahead, we have no plans on plugging the cork on growth.

Our global team (we have offices in the US and Australia, too) is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and driven by performance. All things that make Naked a great place to grow both personally and professionally. And yes, we like wine. A lot.

It takes a village to be Naked — and we'd love you to be part of it. We're looking for a Product Designer who'll play a central role in shaping our products end-to-end. Your designs will have a real, tangible impact on how customers discover, choose, and enjoy great wine. You'll work side‑by‑side with product managers and cross‑functional teams to build experiences that customers rave about.

This is a hybrid role and can be London or Norwich based with at least one monthly trip to the primary office.

  Work hand‑in‑hand with product managers and cross‑functional teams to understand our customers' needs and design great solutions and take those solutions through to delivery

  Plan and conduct user research to capture valuable insights, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the digital experience for our customers
• Design System Development:
  Partner with the UX team to evolve the Naked Wines design system, practices, and processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all products
• Creative Design:
  Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate your design ideas and interactions

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of case studies showcasing your design process and problem‑solving skills
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Sketch, and/or Adobe XD
• User‑Centered Design: A deep understanding and passion for user‑centered design principles
• Visual Excellence:
  Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Independence and Teamwork: A self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Communication:
  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders
• Data‑Driven Design:
  Experience with A/B testing and data tools, using results and data to inform design decisions
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of industry‑standard design principles and approaches
