Electro-Mechanical Technician

We are seeking an experienced electro‑mechanical technician to support the manufacture, prototyping and final assembly of bespoke mechanical and electrical systems. This is a practical, project‑driven role where you’ll turn detailed drawings and CAD models into high‑quality assemblies, contribute technical improvements, and help keep projects on schedule. • Assemble mechanical components, sub‑assemblies and frames using hand and power tools with precision and repeatability
• Interpret CAD models and engineering drawings to build bespoke items to specification
• Wire LEDs, sensors and control panels; carry out basic electrical assembly and testing
• Support prototype builds, provide technical feedback and implement design iterations
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues quickly to maintain delivery schedules
• Perform quality checks and document compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Maintain equipment and test tools; ensure lifting and air equipment meet HSE requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring
• Proven ability to read and work from CAD drawings and technical documentation
• Competent with hand and powered workshop tools and assembly techniques
• Practical problem‑solving and fault‑finding skills in electro‑mechanical systems
• Understanding of workshop health & safety practices
