Management Accountant

Due to continued organic growth, our client—a market-leading consumer brand—is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their high-performing Finance team. • Prepare high-quality management accounts and executive reports, delivering clear and insightful variance analysis.
• Support the month-end close process, including robust balance sheet control and reconciliations.
• Play an integral role in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.
• Provide valuable financial insight and decision-support to operational leaders.
• Contribute to a variety of ad-hoc projects across the business.

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), willing to consider candidates looking for first move from practice.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with in or with retail or FMCG would be an advantage.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop within a growing organisation.
