We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This is a permanent role within our development team.

The role will give you the opportunity to experience a wide variety of work and develop widely transferable skills.

We focus on the support and delivery of technical digital solutions to address business problems and to support major digital transformation. We want someone to understand how digital tools can help our regulatory work and how we can build and support and develop solutions to help our staff in their front-line work.

• Lead technical development areas and solutions within the E&B Systems Team.
• Support regulatory services and technical solutions, focusing on how these services support the work of the Environment Agency.
• Manage yourself and work in dispersed project groups.
• Deliver innovative, integrated outcomes and connect the business to the IT needed to deliver benefits for the environment.

• Digital product management or experience as an environment practitioner.
• Comfortable with tools such as Power Platform, Sharepoint, DCP, Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access.
• Strong technical skills and ability to convey understanding to non technical clients.
• Strong partnership skills, collaborating with customers and sustaining partner relationships.

• Achieves Results – Set and deliver high work standards, prioritise and organise tasks.
• Focuses on Efficiency, Innovation and Quality – Identify and seize opportunities to create, introduce and implement new or improved methods, processes and tools.
• Focuses on Customers and Partners – Build and sustain effective relationships with operational customers.
