Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our team of experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyers handle a range of complex real estate finance law matters and advise on transactions throughout the UK. The team has detailed knowledge of all sectors of the property finance industry and acts for both lenders and borrowers. The specialist team advises financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, institutional funds and other types of lenders, as well as developers and investors and our real estate finance team advises on a variety of financing issues.
Responsibilities- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value
- Participating in marketing and networking initiatives
- Ownership of personal financial performance, demonstrating accountability and a commercial mindset
- A minimum of 3 years PQE gained at a reputable legal firm
- Strong knowledge in all areas of commercial property and/or residential property and a genuine interest in real estate finance.
- Track record of managing caseloads with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail to produce work documentation which is consistently of a high standard
- Dependable and efficient in time management
- Professional integrity and a commitment to providing excellent client service
- Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, time recording software, case management, Outlook and digital dictation
