Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Conveyancing Administrator role based in Norwich. The successful candidate will perform various administrative tasks to support the conveyancing team, including managing client correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all documents are in order for property transactions. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors, as well as updating and managing case files in compliance with legal regulations and firm standards.

Efficient organization and communication will be essential to this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and stakeholders such as estate agents and solicitors.
  • Knowledge of Residential and/or Commercial Conveyancing processes and property transactions (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficiency in basic IT systems and case management software is essential.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a busy legal environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in a legal or property-related administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory.
