Head of Wills & Probate in East Anglia

Overview

A very well-established East Anglia firm is looking for a senior solicitor to head up their private client department at their Norwich office. The role will be predominantly office based, however, there will be scope for some hybrid working.

• Have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in wills & probate work.
• Manage the talented private client team while handling personal premium caseload of complex, high-value matters for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Estate Planning:
  Draft intricate Wills, advise on and establish Family Investment Companies, create and manage UK and offshore trust structures, provide strategic Inheritance Tax mitigation advice.
• Complex Probate & Estate Administration:
  Lead estates with significant assets, cross-border elements, trusts, business property, and agricultural relief issues.
• Trust Law:
  Advise trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of trust creation, administration, variation, and termination.

The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
