Position: Cleaning & Property clearance Operatives
ISQ Recruitment is working with a public services organisation in Norwich who are looking to recruit Cleaning & Property clearance Operatives on a temporary basis.
 
The role involves carrying out a variety of labouring tasks at Domestic Properties (internally and externally) such as clearing high levels of bulk waste items, demolition of external structures,
 
Pay: £13.89 Per hour
(overtime after 37 hours £27.78 Per hour)

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 0730AM to 1530PM
 
Areas covered within this role are inclusive of but not limited to:
 
Be able to work on their own proficiently and carry out cleaning tasks, without immediate supervision in the most efficient and economical manner and accept responsibility for the proper completion of cleaning tasks.
Carry out bulk waste clearance of properties, inclusive removal to local waste facility whilst ensuring vehicles are not overloaded.
Demolition of external structures.
Heavy cutbacks to overgrown gardens inclusive of strimming, cutting back and mowing
Carry out routine and non-routine cleaning duties in accordance with the cleaning specification and work schedule.
Effective and safe use of cleaning equipment, chemicals and products as per the training received.
Undertake specified training and development as required.
Safe, correct, and effective selection/use, including cleaning and care, of vehicles and equipment.
To co-operate and deliver a high-quality cleaning service to customers.
To follow schedules of cleaning and work to deadlines.
Clear communication with the Management Team to report any concerns, accidents, issues, faults etc.  Other Duties:
 
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied; therefore, the post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate to the role and as requested by his/her line manager.

About You:

Previous experience within a similar role.
Full UK driving licence is essential
Experience and ability to work at Height and Safe Use of Steps and Ladders
Experience in manual labour, demolition and use of associated equipment.
Use of Machinery - Carpet/Hard Floor

Experience of operating a PDA handheld device or similar
