With its portfolio swelling to include many prestigious, blue‑chip names, this is an exciting time to join. As such, they are looking to appoint several Corporate Account Executives and Account Directors who are well‑versed in the nuances of managing six‑figure income clients – challenging accounts, headed by sophisticated insurance buyers who require a strategic approach to their complex, often global, accounts.

More than simply ‘a safe pair of hands’, you will play a pivotal role in establishing your clients’ approach to the management of risk. You will design innovative, robust and cost‑effective insurance programmes that mitigate exposures to risk. Acting as the Lead on accounts, you will also be charged with managing colleagues (Junior Account Executives, Claims Executives, Brokers and Handlers) to ensure that all accounts enjoy a seamless, efficient and effective level of client service.

It is essential that you have experience of dealing with complex accounts generating in excess of £100,000 commission and fee income. Ideally, this will include exposure to dealing with clients with some overseas exposures, or a history of working with reverse‑flow accounts. You must be well‑polished, an excellent communicator, and an impressive company ambassador who can secure the buy‑in from of C‑suite personnel at FTSE
100-250 companies.

We welcome applications from candidates who are general practitioners that are comfortable dealing with a small number of clients from miscellaneous corporate industries, as well as those who are regarded as experts in one industry vertical, such as Food & Beverage, Engineering or Life Science etc.

Similarly, we are keen to hear from Account Executives and Directors who are based across the country and can either work remotely or from one of a number of regional offices.
