The Land Director for the Norfolk region is searching for a Strategic Land Buyer or Strategic Land Manager to identify new strategic sites in Norfolk

This role as a Strategic Land Buyer / Manager would suit an experienced RTPI Planner who is interested in taking a change of direction and working in a Land Buying role. The position is heavily reliant on Planning experience.

The Strategic Land Buyer / Manager salary is negotiable from £50K to £65K depending on experience with a car or allowance, healthcare, contributory pension, life cover, 25 days hols and a generous 12% bonus.
