Manufacturing Operatives – Window Manufacturing

We are seeking dedicated and physically capable individuals to join our client's team as Manufacturing Operatives in their window manufacturing facility.

This role requires strong English communication skills to adhere to health and safety protocols effectively.
No experience necessary - full training will be provided.

NR6

Shifts:

Monday – Thursday, 17:00 – 04:00 (Nights)
Pay Rate: £12.31 - increasing to £13.25 per hour after probation

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fabricate window components using hand and power tools.
Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production process.
Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:

Strong English communication skills for effective understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and assembling components.
Willingness to undergo full training and engage in multi-skill development.
