Looking for Boat-Builders to join a world-class yacht-building team in Wroxham. This is not a standard boat building role — you will be involved in the construction of some of the finest bluewater cruising yachts in the world, built to the highest standards for global circumnavigation.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and assemble high-quality yachts to exacting standards

* Work with timber and/or GRP components

* Interpret technical drawings and build specifications

* Collaborate within a multi-skilled production team to meet build schedules

* Maintain excellent attention to detail, quality control and workmanship

* Adhere to health & safety and yard procedures
