Their services include electronic kitting, turnkey box building, and small to medium volume PCB assembly and prototyping with a focus on fast turnaround and efficient production. They support customers with end‑to‑end supply chain and assembly needs. The role involves working on diverse projects across automotive, motor sport, control systems, and general electrical harness applications.
Responsibilities include manufacturing and testing wiring harnesses and assemblies, supporting design development, and leading the introduction of new projects into production. The position also covers process documentation, equipment maintenance, stock control, and ensuring a safe, compliant working environment, with opportunities to liaise directly with customers in a technical capacity.
- Manufacture automotive, motor sport, control systems, and general electrical harnesses.
- Assemble low and high‑voltage units, including enclosures.
- Carry out end‑of‑line testing procedures such as continuity, isolation, and resistance checks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support harness and electrical system design and build.
- Lead the introduction of new wiring harness and box build projects, including integration into production, process documentation, testing requirements, and capital expenditure planning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with company procedures.
- Adhere to ESD handling standards and procedures within the production area.
- Service, calibrate, and maintain machinery to ensure continuous operation.
- Monitor and manage consumable stock levels for production.
- Attend customer meetings, both onsite and offsite, in a technical capacity.
- Experience in wire harness or electrical assembly.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Skilled in crimping, soldering, and assembling wires/connectors.
- Knowledge of low/high‑voltage assemblies and safe handling.
- Familiar with testing procedures (continuity, isolation, resistance).
- Attention to detail with good manual dexterity.
- Awareness of ESD and electrical safety practices.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
