Machine Operator – Norwich

Day Shift (7am to 7pm – 3 on, 3 off)

Salary £24,500.70

Our site in Norwich is all about producing high‑quality confectionery products. Whether it’s keeping our production lines running smoothly or ensuring everything meets our standards, every role here is vital in delivering the brands people love.

What’s the role about?

As a Machine Operative, your main job is to keep our production equipment running efficiently. You’ll be setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making adjustments to ensure everything runs like clockwork. You’ll troubleshoot issues and meet production and quality targets in a fast‑paced environment.
