This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Retail Counter Manager at Selfridges Birmingham with Sisley Paris. The role involves managing the Sisley counter to ensure an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales goals. The Counter Manager will oversee customer service, provide product recommendations, manage stock, and ensure the counter meets all visual and operational standards. The role also includes training and mentoring team members to enhance their product knowledge and service excellence.

Collaboration with the store staff and brand representatives is essential to drive brand awareness and sales.
