Sales Advisor

Join us as a Sales Advisor at Bodypower Sports LTD in our Norwich store. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.00 plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme, potentially up to £400 per month.

• Week 1 – Thursday 09:00–13:30, Friday 09:00–12:30, Saturday 10:00–17:00, Sunday 11:00–16:00
• Week 2 – Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–15:30, Sunday 11:00–16:00
• Week 3 – Thursday 09:00–13:30, Friday 09:00–12:30, Saturday 10:00–17:30, Sunday 11:00–16:00
• Week 4 – Thursday 09:00–13:30, Friday 09:00–12:30, Saturday 10:00–17:00, Sunday 11:00–16:00
• Week 5 – Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–15:30, Sunday 11:00–16:00
• Week 6 – Thursday 09:00–13:30, Friday 09:00–12:30, Saturday 10:00–17:00, Sunday 11:00–16:00

• Provide an unsurpassed in‑store experience for customers.
• Sell high‑quality fitness equipment face‑to‑face, over the phone and via Live Chat.
• Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations.
• Provide all necessary product information and demonstrations.
• Work 20 hours per week, with regular days Thursday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays and Sundays; all bank holidays are required.

• Confident, proactive approach.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell and cross‑sell, driving the process from welcome to product testing to purchase.
• Motivation to hit targets and earn generous bonuses month after month.
• Good numeracy and excellent communication skills.
