You’ll be working door-to-door, visiting potential customers at their homes and occasionally small businesses, to introduce them to the benefits of Virgin Media O2. As a face‑to‑face sales role, you’ll approach people who may not be expecting you – perfect for someone who is outgoing, proactive and skilled at building new connections. The role requires enjoying outdoor work, staying upbeat, driving to hit sales targets and handling challenges such as rejection and working in all weather conditions.

In your first three weeks you’ll attend training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, which includes self‑led learning and in‑office sessions with your manager.

• Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week

• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work shifts that are typically between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

• Base salary of £25,000.
• Top earners make £50,000‑£70,000 with uncapped commission.
