Parts Advisor – Norwich
Basic Salary – £27,000
On Earnings – £32,000

5‑Day Working Week
Our client, a franchised car dealership in Norwich, is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their established aftersales team.
Responsibilities- Efficiently source and supply vehicle parts to the workshop and customers
- Meet agreed departmental targets
- Deliver an excellent standard of customer care
- Deal with customer phone calls and face‑to‑face enquiries
- Receive deliveries of parts into the business
- Allocate parts within the storage systems accordingly
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations
- Communicate relevant promotional offers
- Ensure the parts department is kept organised, clean and tidy
- Invoice and take payment for parts
- Minimum of 12 months motor‑trade Parts Advisor experience
- Franchised dealership experience
- Experience with Kerridge or Pinnacle systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic Salary – £27,000
- On Target Earnings – £32,000
- Great Benefits Package
- 5‑day working week (includes weekends on a rota)
