Our client, a highly respected and award-winning 5 house builder, is actively seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their growing team as a New Homes Sales Administrator.
Whether you're experienced in new build sales or looking to break into the industry, our client is looking for individuals who are confident, customer-focused, and ready to make a real impact.
Working hours- Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- Up to £30,000 basic salary

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and working with PDFs.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a busy, fast-paced workload.
- Responding to phone enquiries from both potential and existing customers in a friendly, efficient manner while upholding company standards.
- Progressing home sales and professionally managing part exchange processes to ensure smooth customer journeys.
- Assisting the Sales team with diary management and appointment scheduling to support daily operations.
- Accurately recording and maintaining sales information and data.
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials, including weekly price lists and campaign content.
- Keeping the company website updated with relevant and accurate marketing information to help drive enquiries and sales.
- Ordering and managing stock for upgrades, interior furnishings, stationery, and marketing collateral.
- Producing general correspondence such as letters and memos as required.
