Project Administrator (IT and Strategic) Nottingham/Hybrid £35k
Join the thriving projects team at Akkodis, a leading professional services company based in Nottingham. We are looking for a Project Administrator to support the implementation and tracking of a wide range of initiatives – from IT system implementations to strategic projects. This role offers real visibility with senior stakeholders and a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and track new projects from initiation to completion.
- Help design and administer the project management tool.
- Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and process improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies or potential improvements in processes.
- Produce concise, insightful updates for senior leadership and management.
- Strong project administration experience in a professional services environment.
- Exposure to project management tools – ideally Smartsheet or Microsoft Projects.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to keep projects aligned, stakeholders informed, and processes running smoothly.
Base pay up to £35k plus superb benefits. Work a hybrid arrangement – 2–3 days a week on site at the state‑of‑the‑art offices in Nottingham, remaining days from home.
