About the Role
  • The Assistant eCommerce Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day holistic trading of their categories online, driving total  revenue and profit targets and supporting our market share ambitions.
  • They will be the category expert, understanding drivers, market trends, conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • They deliver new product launches, sales and trade plans, own the digital strategy, and scope partnerships with suppliers while keeping up with competitor activity.
  • The role coordinates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure categories are supported and aligned with market trends.
  • The individual supports development initiatives and process improvements across , capturing eCommerce trading and customer requirements.
What You'll Need To Have
  • Trading experience with strong financial acumen, analysing and articulating financial performance.
  • Understanding of online/digital trading levers and performance marketing – confident using data to drive performance.
  • Willingness to take calculated risks and push boundaries for competitive advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management – engaging, influencing, and holding team members, senior stakeholders, and third parties to account.
