About the RoleAs the first senior hire in sales, you’ll have autonomy to develop your own strategy, leverage your broker network, and help position the lender as a go‑to name in the bridging finance space. Over time, there’s a clear pathway to progression into leadership, with the chance to build and manage your own team.
Key Responsibilities- Originate bridging and short‑term property finance business via your broker and introducer network.
- Build, manage, and grow broker relationships, positioning the lender as a trusted partner.
- Drive completions, managing deals from enquiry through to funding in collaboration with internal teams.
- Represent the brand in the market, attending broker meetings, events, and industry functions.
- Develop and implement a personal business development strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provide market feedback to shape product development and strategy.
- Take the first steps towards building a high‑performing sales function, with leadership progression in mind.
- Negotiable commission.
- Holiday: 24 days + bank holidays.
- Location:
Northwest (Manchester office once a week) with UK‑wide travel.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property finance, with the last 2–3 years in a sales/origination role.
- Strong broker network, ideally in the North, with proven ability to generate consistent completions.
- Background in bridging finance essential, exposure to development or commercial property finance advantageous.
- Self‑sufficient, ambitious, and motivated by results.
- Excellent communicator, strong relationship builder, and confident market presence.>
