A leading privately‑owned contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious design‑and‑build projects across the East Midlands region.

• Great basic salary of £72,500 – £82,500 (DOE)

• Input during pre‑construction stage
• Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
