WT (UK & Europe) Nottingham (Hybrid)

About the Position

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our friendly and collaborative Nottingham team. Based in our city centre office, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects in multiple sectors, with a particular focus on custodial and residential developments.

With a growing workload and a wide variety of projects, we are seeking an individual who not only excels in all aspects of Quantity Surveying — from cost planning and pre-contract documentation to final account — but who is also enthusiastic about taking on broader responsibilities. An interest in strengthening our social value contributions and community engagement would be particularly welcome.

Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Working towards (or interested in pursuing) chartered status (RICS or equivalent)
Experience / Skills required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post grad relevant experience
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately
  • Confident in client-facing situations, with a professional manner and presentation
  • Able to prioritise effectively, work efficiently, and remain calm under pressure
Project Delivery

You will be expected to operate in a client-facing role, delivering both pre- and post-contract cost management advice across a range of projects within the built environment. This includes providing cost estimates, tender documentation, contract administration, and final account support.
