Excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer be a part of exciting new housing and commercial developments in the East Midlands as well as work for an industry-leading company, offering training and plenty of career progression opportunities.

This is a great chance to work on a range of multi-million-pound projects, getting involved in all aspects of site work, working for a national company with plenty of optional overtime.

In this role you will take responsibility for key construction engineering aspects of site projects, with an initial focus on our exciting new housing and commercial developments in the East Midlands.

THE ROLE:

* Managing subcontractors, materials, and the programme

Reading, interpreting, and providing clear communication on site for layouts, material measurements, etc.

maintaining accurate site records

THE PERSON:

* 3+ years' experience as a site engineer on residential builds, ideally with some commercial build experience.

* Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Management, or similar.

* Full UK driving license

* Valid site cards would be desirable
