About The Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our studio team to support the page layout of our renowned tabletop magazine, White Dwarf.
We are seeking someone who thrives in collaborative settings, to work closely with the Design and Editorial team, responsible for producing White Dwarf magazine every month.
Proactive and driven, you will help produce creative and exciting magazine articles that enhance the quality of White Dwarf and the user experience while maintaining consistency with our intellectual property. You will balance creativity with methodical thinking and have excellent skills within the Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as you create innovative and high-quality design solutions.
Versatile and adaptable, you will tailor your approach with each magazine issue and work closely with photographers, artists, writers, editors, and the wider production team to produce a range of products that are complementary and consistent with Games Workshop’s intellectual property to a strict deadline.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Design and Editorial teams to produce White Dwarf magazine each month.
- Proactively contribute to the creative process for magazine articles and layouts.
- Create high-quality design solutions using Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Tailor the design approach for each issue while ensuring consistency with Games Workshop’s intellectual property.
- Coordinate with photographers, artists, writers, editors, and the production team to meet deadlines.
- Incorporate constructive feedback to maintain and improve design quality.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Experience in magazine page layouts or publishing is desirable.
Location: This role is based full-time onsite at our UK headquarters in Nottingham.
