In this officeâbased role (1 day remote per week) as our Digital Copywriter, you will play a key role in growing brand visibility and demand across organic channels and lead on the execution of the content plan across the site. Working as part of the digital marketing team, your dayâtoâday focus will be on creating, optimising & publishing SEOâled content that improves search rankings for highâintent keywords and increases conversion rates across landing pages.
A core challenge of the role is helping the team scale content production efficiently while maintaining high quality, performance, and consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
This is a handsâon role where you will primarily be responsible for writing and optimising copy daily, while also taking ownership of SEO content performance. By identifying content gaps, testing new approaches, and iterating based on data and insights, you will help shape priorities that support both immediate growth and longâterm SEO goals. As a lead on all digital copywriting, you will be able to support the email marketing team and paid teams with conversion & performance copywriting.
You will report into the Digital Lead, who is responsible for overall SEO performance, and participate in meetings led by the Head of Subscriber Acquisition. Collaboration is central to success in this role, as you will work closely with email marketers, designers, developers, and other members of the digital marketing team to deliver conversionâfocused landing pages and cohesive campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the SEO content strategy across the website, with ownership of organic content performance, including publishing all content on site.
- Write, optimise, and publish SEOâfriendly, conversionâfocused landing pages efficiently.
- Produce and publish blog content aligned to keyword strategy, search intent, and growth priorities.
- Continuously refresh and optimise existing website copy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Support email marketing by writing engaging, conversionâdriven copy for campaigns and nurture flows.
- Create salesâfocused copy for paid campaigns and creatives, including Meta ads.
- Identify content gaps and growth opportunities through keyword research and performance insights.
- Test, measure, and iterate copy based on data, SEO performance, and conversion metrics.
What Youâll Bring
- 1-2 years experience as a copywriter with a history of highâquality digital work.
- Experience in SEO, digital, or conversionâfocused copywriting.
- Strong understanding of onâpage SEO and keyword optimisation.
- Proven ability to write & publish highâconverting landing pages and sales copy.
- Confidence writing across web, ads, and email channels.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and editorial standards.
- Desirable:
Knowledge & experience with CRM & CMS software such as Shopify & Klaviyo.
- Salary of ÂŁ30â33,000 PA.
