- Customer S. In this position you will provide technical, order, and payment‑related assistance to internal and external customers, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Role and Responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #Onsite.

  • Ensure resolution of customer issues by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Pay close attention to customer needs to enable effective problem‑solving.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, addressing and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and issues.
Qualifications For

The Role
  • Demonstrated track record in customer service or related customer‑facing roles.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Knowledge of ABB products or services is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, empathetic attitude towards customers.
