Spanish Customer Service Advisor

Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, renowned Nottingham-based brand who are seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

• Fluent in Spanish and English essential
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
• Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
