We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to work within our Lettings Department in Annesley
. As a Customer Service Specialist
, you will provide tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist

• Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
• Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
• Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, and internal partners
• Providing a first‑class service to maximise customer retention
• Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved
