Working style: Hybrid – 3 days per week on site
Location: Calverton, Nottingham
VF Corporation is looking for a team player who is keen to use their French language skills to join our European Credit Team in Calverton, Nottinghamshire.

Let’s Talk about the RoleThe role of a Credit Controller is all about talking to our customers and helping them keep on top of their business accounts, payments and orders for VF brand’s products.
In this role you’ll work alongside a great team and interact with customers across Europe.
How You Will Make a Difference- Use your French and English communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and other businesses.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, Zoom/Teams and by email to discuss payments, credit terms and resolve any queries, utilising your French communication skills.
- Help customers make the right payments at the right time so that their accounts with VF stay up‑to‑date.
- Solve customer queries and problems quickly and effectively so they can continue to place orders and buy more of our products responsibly.
- Work with and build relationships internally across VF Corporation – Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain – to ensure everyone wins.
- Maintain accurate records using our IT systems and databases, ensuring data is clean and reliable.
- Fluent in French and English
, able to communicate in both languages by speaking and writing. - Strong problem‑solving skills – you investigate matters and find solutions.
- Proficiency with numbers, facts and figures; you understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic Excel skills (you can be taught and further developed).
