Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Nottinghamshire

We are partnering with an outstanding architectural practice renowned for its quality of work and reputation across the industry. Following a significant increase in workload for 2026, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their Newark-based studio.

This role will be primarily focused within the industrial sector. Previous experience in this sector is advantageous but not essential strong transferable experience from other sectors will be fully considered. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects and will be involved across all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver projects through all RIBA stages
- Produce high quality technical drawings and detailed design packages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
- Contribute to project delivery within time and budget parameters
- Support and mentor junior team members where required

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist
- Strong technical design and detailing capability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
- Revit knowledge desirable but not essential

- Experience with in the industrial sector beneficial, but not required
- Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

This is a studio-based role, with attendance required in the office five days per week. In return, you will be joining a highly regarded practice and working on an exciting portfolio of complex and technical projects including data centres, manufacturing facilities and aviation schemes.
