Senior Architectural Technologist

We are partnering with an outstanding architectural practice renowned for its quality of work and reputation across the industry. Following a significant increase in workload for 2026, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their Newark-based studio.

This role will be primarily focused within the industrial sector. Previous experience in this sector is advantageous but not essential; strong transferable experience from other sectors will be fully considered. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex, high‑value projects and will be involved across all RIBA stages.

• Lead and deliver projects through all RIBA stages
• Produce high quality technical drawings and detailed design packages
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
• Contribute to project delivery within time and budget parameters
• Support and mentor junior team members where required

• Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist
• Strong technical design and detailing capability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
• Revit knowledge desirable but not essential
• Experience with in the industrial sector beneficial, but not required
• Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

This is a studio‑based role, with attendance required in the office five days per week. In return, you will be joining a highly regarded practice and working on an exciting portfolio of complex and technical projects including data centres, manufacturing facilities and aviation schemes.
