We’re now seeking an experienced Precast Engineering Technical Leader – someone ready to drive technical excellence, mentor talented engineers, and lead the next generation of precast product innovation.

• 🧠 Lead our Precast Technical Solutions and Structural Engineering teams.
• 🔍 Oversee product integrity and governance – from design control through to temporary works.
• 🔗 Provide technical leadership across PCSA, work‑winning and delivery stages
  .
• 🛠 Champion Engineered Safety – ensuring design is smart, safe and buildable.
• 🌱 Drive decarbonisation and waste‑reduction initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• 📈 Optimise design flow to enhance manufacturing and assembly efficiency.

• ✔ Circa 10+ years’ experience in technical or operational roles within precast or wider concrete engineering.
• ✔ Strong leadership skills and confidence working in both factory and site‑based environments
  .
• ✔ A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• ✔ A passion for innovation, quality, and sustainability in design and manufacturing.
