Building Services Design Engineer

A well established local building services consultancy seeks to appoint a Building Services Design Engineer to their team. Established over 50 years ago they have developed strong client relationships including university's and hospitals in particular. In this they develop exciting projects helping their clients towards decarbonisation.

You will be working as a Building Services Design Engineer, overseeing both the mechanical and electrical aspects. Within this role your duties will be various including design calculations, site visits, surveying existing installations, preparing specifications and drawings for tender.

You will need to be working in the building services industry as a design engineer either having a background in Mechanical or Electrical or both. You need to have suitable qualifications such as a HNC or considerable experience.

• £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
