Laing O'Rourke invites experienced Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Administrators to join our Explore Manufacturing team. This role focuses on commercial management and contract administration for large‑scale precast concrete projects.

We are leading the transformation of construction through innovative offsite methods and digital engineering. This position allows you to influence major commercial decisions and drive profitability across projects.

• Own commercial management for large‑scale works or project sections.
• Prepare valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
• Negotiate and settle subcontracts, manage costs, and advise on risk.
• Lead and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS membership.
• Strong negotiation, financial control and risk management skills.
• Excellent collaborative and proactive attitude.
