Technical Project Manager

The Role

As part of our mission to build a more efficient, data-driven future for global wind power, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Advanced Sensing team.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, innovation and delivery—bringing new hardware and electronics products from concept to market, and scaling them globally.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are confident managing complex, cross-functional projects, and have experience delivering electronics or hardware products, we’d love to hear from you.

• Managing electronics development projects aligned with ONYX’s product roadmap
• Leading customer-facing projects that bring new products to market
• Coordinating product testing and certification with third-party vendors
• Supporting our supply chain to scale manufacturing and delivery
• Providing clear technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams
• Championing best practice in project management, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Working with commercial teams to define business cases and ensure products deliver real-world value

We’re looking for someone who combines technical depth with delivery expertise—a clear communicator who’s comfortable in the detail but driven by outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in electronics/hardware or a related field
• Strong understanding of how business needs translate into technical product requirements
• A track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Familiarity with product development life cycles including compliance and reliability testing
• Confidence using Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) or similar
• A strong safety mindset and quality-first approach
• A degree in Electronics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline
