Actemium Automation Senior Control Systems Engineer; Siemens Specialist

Overview

As a Senior Controls Engineer, you'll lead the design, development, and commissioning of advanced control systems built around Siemens platforms. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and high-performance solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will include:

• Driving projects through the full lifecycle - from concept to commissioning
• Designing and reviewing Siemens-based control architectures
• Developing PLC, HMI, and SCADA software primarily on Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC
• Performing FAT/SAT testing with customers
• On-site commissioning and delivering Siemens-focused training sessions

• Strong experience with Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms (TIA Portal, WinCC)
• Ability to interpret and produce detailed Siemens control system documentation
• Solid understanding of Siemens safety and networking standards
• A proactive, hands-on approach with confidence in making technical decisions
